2018 CS Cabernet Sauvignon
Temecula Valley. 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. Aged in French, European and American oak barrels for 20 months (31% new). Concentrated aromas of black currant and blackberry fruit are complemented by soft notes of clove, black licorice, olive and sweet oak leading into a velvety finish.
