100% stainless steel fermented at very cold temperatures for a long, slow fermentation. Named for the wives of the two founders of Leoness Cellars, this wine was harvested at an average of 31.4 Brix and was fermented very slowly thereby, preserving the fruity aromatics of the varietal. Hints of honey, stone fruit and citrus are framed by crisp acidity and lingering finish.
