Family Farming and Gardening

Bud break is just  a month away so we are hard at work pruning and tying the vines here in the valley. Back in December we began spreading organic mulch and fertilizer in our vineyards which helps to add nitrogen to the soil and to retain the moister from the Winter and Spring rains.

It’s not too late for those of you who will be planting a flower or vegetable garden to spread organic fertilizer and mulch on your soil. Happy gardening and farming from the family of farmers here at Leoness Cellars!
